6th Annual Pet Photo Contest Guidelines 2011:

SUBMITTING A PHOTO:
- One photo per pet*
-Submit photo at anytime between January 25th- April 1st 2011

Hint: the earlier you submit your photo, the greater amount of people who will see it and may vote for it!

Choose one of the three categories:
Dog, Cat, or Professional

Photos will not be returned.

PLEASE:
-No names or text on photos
-Size no bigger than 5X7


Voting begins February 1st through April 15th
(one vote per person please)

Dog & Cat Categories:

1st PLACE: Receive a complimentary WELLNESS EXAM & one year supply of Heartworm prevention** (Heartgard or Revolution)

2nd PLACE: Receive a Six month supply of frontline flea and tick preventative

3rd PLACE: Receive a Three month supply of Frontline flea and tick preventative

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO WINNER: Receive Six Month supply Heartworm Preventative** (Heartgard or Revolution)


*Burlington Veterinary Center management retains the right to refuse any photo submitted at any time

**Canines must be up to date with Heartworm testing per BVC guidles to receive Heartgard award
